Q: How do I reset my Internet Banking password?
A: If you have forgotten your PNB Internet Banking password, please follow the “Forgot Passcode” link on the internet banking login. Follow the instructed steps to reset your password. If this does not work, please call 309-853-3333.
Q: What utility payments can I make at PNB?
A: PNB accepts the following utility payments:
  • Utility Payments
    • Kewanee Location – Ameren, Frontier (Phone Only), Kewanee Water
    • Annawan Location – Ameren, Frontier (Phone Only), Annawan Water
    • Bradford Location – Ameren, Frontier (Phone Only)
    • Manlius Location – Manlius Water
    • Sheffield Location – Ameren, Frontier (Phone Only), Sheffield Water,
    • Tampico Location – This location does not accept utility payments.
  • Real Estate Taxes
    • Kewanee Location – Henry County Taxes
    • Annawan Location – Henry County Taxes
    • Bradford Location – Bureau and Stark County Taxes
    • Manlius Location – Bureau County Taxes
    • Sheffield Location – Bureau County Taxes
    • Tampico Location – Whiteside County Taxes
Q: How can I order checks?
A: To order checks, please call a PNB Customer Service Representative or turn in your
re-order form at your local branch. Hours, locations, and phone numbers are available here. You may also order checks directly from Harland Clarke online at www.ordermychecks.com.
Q: How do I set up Direct Deposit for my payroll checks and/or Social Security checks?
A: Your employer or Social Security Administrator will provide the appropriate materials to enroll in direct deposit. If you need assistance with direct deposit, please contact a PNB Customer Service Representative.
Q: What do I do if my ATM/Debit card is lost or stolen?
A: Contact Peoples National Bank of Kewanee immediately, and a PNB Representative will assist you. If your card is lost or stolen after business hours, please call 1-800-264-4274 for Debit Cards and 1-877-954-0190 for Credit Cards.
Q: What do I do if a PNB ATM machine will not return my ATM/Debit card?
A: Alert a PNB representative that your card has been taken by the machine, and he/she will assist you. If this happens after business hours, please return to the same PNB location the next business morning for assistance.
Q: How do I request a Stop Payment?
A: Visit a PNB Customer Service Representative. If you utilize our internet banking service, you may also request a Stop Payment via internet banking.
Q: Can I open an account online?
A: PNB does not currently offer online applications for any of its deposit or lending services.
Q: What should I bring when applying for a loan?
A: When applying for a loan at PNB, please bring the following:
  • All applicants must be present
  • Unexpired, government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of income (paystubs, tax return, etc.)
  • If applying for an auto loan, please bring VIN number and/or a full description of the vehicle
  • Current debt structure and listing of assets is also requested if available
  • Other documentation may also be required
Q: What should I bring when opening a deposit account?
A: When opening a deposit account with PNB, please bring the following:
  • Unexpired, government-issued photo ID
  • Social Security Card
  • If address is incorrect on your ID, please bring a current mailing with your name and the correct address
  • Other documentation may also be required
